How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our items are made-to-order, crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. The creation time can range from 1-4 weeks, depending on our current order volume. Please note that during the Christmas holiday season, production times may be at the maximum end of that range due to the high volume of orders we receive from around the world.

Shipping & Returns
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $7.50 for all orders under $150. Free shipping for orders over $150. US orders only.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally but we do not pay taxes or custom fees here. Some destinations will include that at our Etsy shop .
How does shipping work?
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we use a two-stage shipping system. Your handcrafted item(s) are first carefully packaged and sent in a large shipment from our workshop in Thailand to our fulfillment warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA, using DHL express shipping (this takes approximately 10 days). Once the bulk shipment arrives at our warehouse, our team in the US will repackage and ship your individual order directly to you using either USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our US warehouse so you can monitor its progress. We’ll make sure to send you that tracking link!
The tracking number says my package was delivered but it has not arrived?
We are very sorry to hear that you haven’t received your package yet. Please call your local USPS carrier and give them your tracking number. Unfortunately, we do not have access to any more tracking information than you do, so we will not be able to give you additional information.
The USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost for 20 days. If you still have not received your package at that time please contact us. We will make it right. Thank you for your buisiness and we hope your package arrives promptly.

Do you take returns?
No but Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any problem with your order. We will resolve any problem ASAP.
Refund policy
Please contact me with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to return your purchase. Contact us for the shop address.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a problem with the listing. Thank you for understanding.Please ship items back via USPS first class.Include your invoice number and your name as it appears in your account.I will take returns up to two weeks after delivery for domestic orders.
When preparing your return please be sure that all products must be accounted for and should be in the ORIGINAL CONDITION. Items must be securely padded and packed tightly as you received it. Loose beads tend to beak more easily. I will not be able to refund if they have broken.
Exchanges
We prefer for you to return your item. When it is received we will refund and then you can place another order.
You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
